@ Gforce...made the Computer Engineering and CS bold...should be easier to spot :) Anyways, both SB and Buffalo do research in my interest fields i.e. Networks and Security even though the generally held perception is that Computer Engineering means hardware and Computer Science means software. That is the reason the dillemma is huge :( What do I do?

Hi everyone....I now have 2 admits ....one from Stony Brook for MS in Computer Engineering and the other from Buffalo for MS in Computer Science... Both match my interests so choosing is a matter of which one is better in terms of quality and job prospects... Can anyone help me out?
