Very good essay there are only one or two minor mistakes. I doubt that you have written that in 30 minutes . If you did very good :P) , because it is very hard on the exam to type it in 30 minutes. I would give a grade of 5.5 ...it will be better if you put one more maind idea and shorten the first

The composition is very bad. In your essay you should have a begining in which you state your opinion and three main points that will be further developed and a conclusion in the end. You should read some essay first and then write. I also see only two main points here where is the third ???? You should write in a different passage every main idea. I would give a grade of 4.00 max

This is a wondurful essay there are few minor mistakes I would give a grade of 5.5 to 6.00

Pfuuu well I expected to have a better score ,but the questions were less than expected and that contributed to the lower score Listening 30 questions I forget what was my score Structure 20 questions 13-30 Reading 44 questions 25 - very poor in the reading section .... :mad: My essay topic was not so hard but the time was scarce Pfuuu but i guess it could be worse ... I think that a score of 270 is not so bad at all ... if you could give some kind of comment ( I will also start preparing for the SAT ...so the TOEFL will not be so important when i take the SAT ) :whistle: If you have any questions ask ....

Which type of contribution do you think is valued more by your society? Give specific reasons to support your answer. People said that one shouldn't be ashamed of his job no matter what it is, because he is contributing to society. Both artists and scientists are very important to my society, but now people need the work of scientists in order diseases to be cured and new technologies to be developed. The work of the artist is needed in order people to entartain and relax. No matter that humans have evolved much and the standard of our lives is better than before ,people still suffer from many deseases. Childs and adults die every day, because of those diseases. Scientist are contributing much in order new vaccines to be made and new ways of treatment to be invented. The number of people in my society is declining every year due to the lack of proper ways to treat deadly diseases. My society needs the work of those scientist more than ever. Artists on the other hand contribute with their work for the entartaiment for the public and their enjoyment. There are many galleries which one can visit and many new singers that one can enjoy, but the people in my society do not have the time to enjoy the work of artists. When people face financial and health problems they don't think for entartaiment and fun. In addition, scientists are developing new technologies that help people in their day life. Reasonable prices for domestic machines are now available, because of the new ways of production. Some of the more complicated technologies are used in transportation in order to make it more efficient and safer. Those contributions are valued by the media and of cource by the society in which I live. Every man who is contributing to the development of society is valued in one way or another. But some people (for example the scientists) are valued more, because of the significance of their work. My society needs new and efficient ways of treating deseases and new technologies, that will help them in their day life. I have an exam in 2 days so .... every comment and grade will be useful ;)
