thanx for the replies on UofT or Queen's. But my problem just got worse coz i got an acceptance from weill cornell Doha, Qatar for medecine. Now it's much harder to choose. Both commerce and medecine interest me equally.
On one hand Weill cornell is an ivy league school and i will be matriculating in the accelerated course in which it takes 6 yrs instead of 8 to get an M.D. If I do medecine I want to reach the consultant level which will take another 6 yrs.
If I do commerce, I'll want to get an M.B.A later on from an ivy league graduate school in America and then a good job. So in that case, which will give me a better jump start?
I am ready to work hard...but I don't want it to be for nought. Is it harder to succeed in commerce than in medecine?
If I want to transfer to an ivy league university during my bachelor's program from UToronto or Queen's, which uni will give me a better chance to transfer? When should I transfer...first, second or third year?
