  1. Thanks so much MsDemeanor. Sorry to hear about your situation. Jeez, 10K? That's ridiculous!!! How did you manage? I hope it all worked out in the end. I've been thinking this over for a year and a half, and I think I'm ready for those loans and the whole payback thing. It's scary, of course. So you think there is a chance they will offer me at least something close to 38K? I read something about 30K ceiling, but I could be wrong. God I hope I'm wrong  . Is it my law school who'll ultimately tell me how much will be covered by FAFSA? -Sooo stressed Thanks again!!!
  2. I posted this in Fin.Aid, but just in case, I wanted to see if any graduate/law students have any info on that. Thanks! Hello everyone, I have a question, I hope you guys can help. I am not very sure how much money I can get through FAFSA, I filed and it has been processed and approved. I'm going to law school, and the tuition is $38,000/year. Will FAFSA cover the entire tuition? I have no family contributions and no savings, so I'm guessing it should. But what is the general rule? Is there a maximum amount? Will I be able to take out enough money to cover the tuition? Thanks so so much to anyone who has any information about this.

  4. Hi everyone, I wanted to see if anyone knows how to reschedule GRE for a later date. Is it possible at all? Thanks!
  5. Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum, and so far have found a lot of posts very helpful! I was wondering what you guys think of my situation: I registered for the gre just a week ago and plan to take it in 3 weeks. So far I haven't been doing that great, I need to work on my vocab and well, pretty much on everything. I don't have school or work at the moment, so I plan to fully immerse myself into it for the next 3 weeks. If I don't do too well I was thinking about retaking it in September. After reading some posts here I see that people are putting at least 3-4 months into preparation. Is that combined with work, school, etc.? I really want to get a good score, is it even worth going to my June exam or should I reschedule? On a different subject, how do you guys deal with pre-exam stress? It really throws me off sometimes, I find it hard to concentrate when I worry  . Thanks for any advice!
