The answer should be C. SD = 0 only when range = 0 I and 2 are insufficient combining them we get a list {2,a,b,c,d} whose average is 15. i.e there are some more number other than 2 and the range will not be zero

1- insufficient because z can be greater than 4 or less than 4 2 - insufficient as t t = -5 there fore -5z3 or z>3/5 which again is insufficient as z can be greater than 4 finally combining the 2 statement z let say t = -5 and z = 3 we have zt = -15 .. t = -5 and z = 5 we have zt = -25 ..

B is the best answer introduction of ..... substitution of need to be parallel D and E are out because redundant "of" option A is awkward C- contain "which" it refers to revolution or agriculture ... ambuguous

no. you misunderstood me. If it refers to totality - that is a group as a whole, we need a singular verb. for example Railway commuters majority(group) reads and listens to music Student majority decides to organize the event. whereas if it refers to part of totality -- i.e many individual in the group we need a plural verb A majority of railway commuters(many of them) read and listen to music

C,D and E are out because "software store and an accounting text" means there is only single store and text A is out because a person can file only one tax return -- so plural form of tax returns is incorrect B is best choice

What is the result when x is rounded to the nearest hundredth? 1. When x is rounded to the nearest thousandth the result is 0.455. 2. The thousandth digit of x is 5.

I think its the same "Moreover, no applications have been found for grades of plastic that are lower than the currently lowest commercial grade." It means that we cannot make product from the grades of plastic which are recycled from lowest commercial grade. However first i thought the answer would be E. But then last line of would be redundant
