Dilemma between Boston College and Toulouse.
Career goal: Research professor at university.
Interest: Behavioral econ, but any applied micro will do I guess.
Boston College:
PhD.
Full tuition plus $17,500 guaranteed stipend.
Family in NC; girlfriend in TX.
Not the strongest program.
Toulouse:
2-yr Masters (English language program).
Full tuition. Eiffel Scholarship worth euro 14,400 pa (I'm working under the assumption that I'm getting one. Please humor me here).
Maybe racist. Don't speak an ounce of French.
FRIGGIN' EUROPE! Barcelona, Paris, Rome, Berlin!
Will allow me to trade up above BC eventually for PhD.
I want to get this over with ASAP, so some quick help would be amazing.
