The graph conveys data on the emission of a greenhouse gas called carbon dioxide, per person in European nations namely United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy and Portugal spanning across four decades from 1967 to 2007. The units are measured in tonnes. Inclusive of all the given data, it is eminent that United Kingdom led in carbon dioxide emissions as opposed to Portugal with least emissions throughout. Although, Sweden showed fluctuations, but it managed to go downhill by 2007. However, Italy displayed steady growth in this arena. To commence with, United Kingdom’s CO2 emission gradually declined by 2 tonnes and in 2007, 9 tonnes of CO2 was released. As far as Sweden is concerned, it showed rapid increase to around 10.2 tonnes (approx.) from 9 tonnes (approx.) in 1997, before plummeting to 7 tonnes (approx.) in 1987 and 5.7 tonnes (approx.) in 2007. Furthermore, Italy let out 4 tonnes (approx.) in 1967, which then kept on surging till it reached around 8 tonnes in 2007. In another scenario, Portugal’s CO2 emission skyrocketed from around 1 tonne in 1967 to approximately 5.7 tonnes in 2007. To sum up, Italy and Portugal showed rapid decrease and increase in CO2 emissions respectively. Moreover, United kingdom and Sweden showcased substantial decrease and increase respectively. -
Hi Guys, I got admitted to MSc Finance Programs in Tilburg and Bocconi. Tilburg MSc Finance (one Year) Erasmus Scholarship 100% tuition waiver 1000 EU Stipend Return Ticket Health insurance Bocconi MSc Finance (Two Year) Merit Scholarship that covers (FOR ONE YEAR) 100% Tuition waiver Accommodation So Tilburg would be a free ride for me but I am ready give that up if Bocconi's two year program is worth spending extra amount of time and money that I would have to spend. So the question is, Is Bocconi worth more than Tilburg, so much so, that I may give up my free Masters program at Tilburg to go to Bocconi? I know that Bocconi is better known for its finance but there are some issues that I have with Bocconi. - I am non-EU, non-Italian and I feel that language is going to be a big problem for me, both in class and daily life (although the Program is in English) and on the other hand Tilburg provides a truly global experience as it has a much greater percentage of International students as compared to Bocconi. - Language would also be a problem in Post-study employment in Itlay. - Tilburg is free and I am not sure if Bocconi is worth spending extra year and Money Any suggestions are more than welcome...
