    Hi I have applied to the Masters of computing science program at Arizona state university(polytechnic campus) and have also applied to Auburn Alabama for MSCS. I have a GRE 1190(630Q , 560 V) my toefl is 109 and I am a permanent resident of the US ie. green card holder. I am right now waiting for any information on my admissions from both universities and am very anxious as these are the only two I have applied to. My ASU application status says IN-REVIEW and Auburn they say not accepted yet(wht does that mean 'not acceted yet' should I take it as a rejection?). Do permanent resident applications get processed later than the international students as I do not require a I20 from the university so should I still keep my hopes for admissions and also is there any chance I can apply to any other university now?
