chiapasgringo Posted December 22, 2017 Share Posted December 22, 2017 Hello, I am helping a student prepare for the TOEFL and she is having a problem determining whether a noun is a person or a thing. For example, camper is a person but camping is a thing when used as a gerund. Can anyone help me with a list comparing people nouns with thing nouns? Thank you very much.
