There is no 'ideal' score, so to say but anything above 1450 would kinda be in the zone where you wont be rejected on the basis of the GRE score.... not too sure about the work ex... a lot depends on the work you have done (be it during undergrad or while working in a company). knd7 Posted March 26, 2005 Share Posted March 26, 2005 hey vipul, my percentage is 71%,computer science.i am in 6th sem computer science department.i have to take gre and agre.are there any chances for me to get into top 10 universities.i am sure i will do very well in gre and agre.if i have to get into top 10 universities what should i do in the next 9 months .funding is not a matter. how do they calculate gpa .what is the equivalent of 71% in gpa. how do the universities evaluate the academics as no gpa is given. because it is very hard to get 75% in our university and they might be expecting around 90,its very hard for us to get into top 10 universities. is it possible that we can cover up the bad percentage with an excellent subject gre score and gre score. please help me. i am new here.
