priyamne Posted February 28, 2014 Share Posted February 28, 2014 Hi, There are no Tuition-Free universities in the USA, but there are many universities where you have an option to get full scholarship under graduate fellowship program and as a teaching/research assistant. The scholarships are awarded on merit basis. Applicants need to have a very strong profile to apply and qualify for a merit based scholarship.
