Alyna Thian Posted May 30, 2015 Share Posted May 30, 2015 Hi, I am a Chinese with Christian name, which my name, Alyna is my Christian name, Pei Cheng is my Chinese given name and Thian is my surname. In my passport, my name is Alyna Thian Pei Cheng which the passport didn't indicate which one is my given name and surname. However, in the I-20 form, the school put my given name is Alyna and surname is Thian Pei Cheng. Is it okay to use this I-20 form to apply for visa?
