How much do working papers help in applications?

Thank you startz. I am currently in a masters program (not top programs such as Chicago mapss or lse eme). I have a solo working paper but did talk to my professor a lot during the project. My professor will write one of my letters. I was worrying whether the paper will be taken seriously since as you said very very few applicants have serious solo papers.
