GC doesn’t let me search for GSB specifically but it doesn’t look like anyone has posted about them this year yet. Also, the portal says March for decisions, so it’ll likely be a while.

I can confirm Duke sent interview requests; just got one.

No i dont think they do -- when i asked phd students there they said no  + no interviews on gradcafe in the past

It looks like they did interview some people in the past years (as per GC). I am guessing they will also send some offers without interviews. Fingers crossed!
