Masters programme in economics

I will be applying for M.A. economics in Canada this year.. Can anyone suggest which of the universities will be ideal for a masters in economics considering the fact that I want to apply for top 20 PhD economics in US? How is the program at Queen's ??

Hmm, I don't know much about Canada's masters programs. If you can come to the states I know NYU has a program as does Georgetown. I think that being at an American school would give you a modest advantage when later applying to PhD programs since your material will have a stronger correlation and the professors who write you letters are more likely to be recognized by the American admissions committee.
