UmerMerchant
I got a vary low GRE score - 159 (Q) and 155 (V) and I am confused about applying with this score or retaking the GRE. I want to apply for Economic PhD program in US universities that are between 35 and 70 in ranking. My GPA is 3.57, and currently I am working as a Research Assistant with a Professor. I have taken around 8 math courses (Calculus I (A-), Calculus II(B+), Linear Algebra (B+), Set Theory (B+), Operation Research (B+), Probability (B+) and I am taking Analysis this semester (covering from Bartle) and also Differential Equation. Can anyone advise me whether I have any chance of getting into a decent program. And any suggestion of universities I should apply with this profile. My research interest is in Public Economics, Industrial Organization and Law & Economics.
