The default setting of the forum is that links open in a new window, but I've changed it so that links open in the current window. The reason is simple--W3C standards say that this is the best behavior. If you want to open links in a new window, just hold down the Shift button while you click. The links to some non-TM site when clicked gets you away from the forum. Of-course we can hold the shift key but I think that would be more user friendly!
