A single Cruncho cookie is twice as large as a single Choco cookie, and the larger the cookie, the more the flavor. (II) Choco has more concentrated flavor than Cruncho. (III) Despite being double in size a Cruncho cookie weighs only 50% as much as a Choco Cookie. Okay, I've thought about whether III should be included, and I'm going to go with common sense here and say that all of them weaken the ad. The point of the question stem (the ad) is to establish a ratio between "size" and flavor. Cruncho cookies are supposed to be better because their "flavor : cost" ratio is higher than that of Choco cookies. Statement I essentially says that the "flavor : cost" ratio is the same for each, all other things being equal. Statement II skews the ratio in favor of Choco cookies by saying that Choco cookies have more flavor/gram. And to choose Statement III, we need to make the (small) leap that a lower weight = less flavor, which makes sense to me in that less mass means less substance to contain flavor.
