how convert my average (which is out of 20) to 4 scale

i want convert my Average which is out of 20 to 4 scale. does any one know how that is?

divide your score by 20 then multiply the result by 4

ie

15 out of 20 is 3.00

This method works for converting any scale to any other scale... Also, don't convert unless asked to... also what are you interested in?
