Men and Female are not equally suited because of their physical differences

Men and women, because of their inherent physical differences, are not equally suited for many tasks.

Different from the birth and the ways they are grown up, men and women develop their physical characteristics differently and differ in the amount of physical labor they can do. Because of their disparate nature of their physical characteristics they both have different abilities on how they can perform a particular task and the tasks may be well suited for gender and not well suited for the other. Engineering and military tasks seems to be well suited for men, whereas parenting roles may be favorable for women regarding the physical capacities of both.

 

First example that shows women are not well suited for every task is the military tasks. It is not that women are discouraged to join the military forces and many women have now joined the army, but as you scrutinize the role of women in army you will certainly find most of them are involved in administrative tasks. So, why is that they are not involved in physical activities or combat actions. The answer is that their physical build up hinders them to be actively participating in such corporeally demanding activities.

 

Secondly, many women are not attracted to the field of engineering. Again, the reason behind this when asked to women links up to their physical characteristics. The field of engineering demands hard physical labor at times and involves working out in the harsh environmental conditions like heat, dust and others which the least developed physical body of women cannot withstand for long. So, the women are not attracted to engineering tasks.

 

Thirdly, the tasks of parenting don’t seem to be suited for men not only because they are not capable of parenting but also due to their physical structure. The child needs gentle care and touch which the rather tough skin of men lacks and no matter how much they try, the child will always miss the soft touch of their mother. So, the task of parenting is well suited for women.

 

Although, the above mentioned tasks are suited for either of the sex there are many tasks that are equally suited for both male and female. For example, teaching and politics seem to be suitable for people of both sexes. These are the activities that do not involve the hard physical labor, so one cannot distinguish a person based on their sex on such activities.

 

So, to conclude the suitability of various tasks like engineering, military and parenting depends on the physical attributes of a person, but they are almost as many activities that do not depend on the physical nature of person.
