Subh
In many countries today, the eating habits and lifestyle of children are different from those of previous generations. Some people say this has had a negative effect on their health. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? In todays competitive and busy world it is difficult for one to take out time for cooking. Also, it is normal human tendancy to tilt towards comfort. They prefer the easily available fast food and less strainous life style. If we look into our mothers generation, they were to cook at home. Home cooked food is healthy as it is more nutritious and less fattening. But the eating habits are changed drastically from old to new generation. Children eat fast food like burgers that too on a daily basis. This food is very unhealthy as it contain mostly fried chicken and beef. As a result we can see the increasing obesity problem and many other diseases in children. Along with food habits the lifestyle is also changed. Life is becoming more comfortable and luxurious. For example the kids pass the free time by playing coputer games, waching TV rather than engaging in outdoor games. The children undergo no physical exercise as they prefer indoor games. Physical exersise and healthy food are fundamental factors for helthy body. This generation is ignoring these very important factors. Which is declining their health.
