uyen129 Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 Tatto, Yes, you are allow to take TX MPJE even if you failed the NAPLEX. Maximum time for NAPLEX is three times. The only thing you are not allowed to do is to earn your intern hours (total 1500 to be licensed) if you failed both NAPLEX and MPJE or either one after three months from the date you graduated from school.
