Here it is!!! When during the integrated writing task reading passage appears for 3 minutes and then you listen to a lecture, then after does the reading passage reappear again or no? I would not recommend to write notes because the reading part is big, you don't know the topic you are about to write, and also you would need only about 200 words, which is not too much.
