knok
I am sorry that I don't know either. I spent 3.5 years for TSE and failed 28 times for TSE. It is such a waste of time and money. Also, it causes emotional torture. I lose respect from my relatives, especially my aunt who sponsors me. I will take TOEFL iBT for a few more times. If I cannot make it, further action will be taken. I will start gathering people and file class lawsuit action. I believe that my speaking has improved significantly since I took all the courses available. My ESL teachers and tutors, including my professors suggested me to start filing class action lawsuit instead of taking the test that they put you on the black list. This test does not reflect my English speaking ability at all. When I talked to Attorney General office, they did not have difficulty understand me at all. They never asked me to repeat any words.
