In my opinion ,i would say these days food patterns is entirely different from the old food style, because most of the people using canned food and readymade foodstuffs. this has changed the life tremendously as compare to the past . Firstly, in these days preparing the food is not a t all a big matter, because one can get the needed groceries for the food with out any problem in any time. also now day even one can buy ready made food mix available in the market ,this ultimately save lot of time in cleaning the vegetables ,utensils. Secondly ,lot of fast food centers cater foods in reasonable price so people prefer to take these fast foods .Also these day fast food centers deliver the foods in door for free of cost .these save lot time and energy spend for cleaning and cooking .Even fast foods deliver the foods in disposable container it save lot time spend for cleaning the utensil. So people can spend these time in useful manner. Thirdly, even nowadays all food materials come with the appropriate nutritional value in their packing ,this helps the people to monitor their food intake with appropriate scientific documentation. Fourthly, recent days special foods for the patients available in the market for the patients. For example if a patient is diabetic they can get the appropriate food with out sugar and less carbohydrate content, same way if a patient need high protein intake they can get high protein diet stuffs. Finally, in conclusion i would say food pattern and food habit of the people is change tremendously as compare to past.
