phuongled
Testmagic, I think it's easier to have paper-based listening cuz we can read the choices before we listen, but the questions will be more difficult. What do you think? (Because Hanoi-I'm from Hanoi-is gonna change the computer toefl to the paper-based one cuz they haven't made much profit (there aren't many people take this test in Hanoi often) Thanks. Erin
This one's a "no-brainer" (easy to answer)!! Everybody, well almost everybody, agrees that the paper test is easier. And, no, I don't think ETS will try to make the questions harder since you have some sort of advantage by being able to see the questions, have them on paper, etc. In fact, I think those of you who are affected by the closings of the test centers are actually lucky, since the paper test is easier. I've even heard stories of people flying to other countries that still gave the paper test! (BTW, there is one paper testing center here in California, in Bakersfield, right in the middle of the desert). HTH!! (Hope that helps!!) Erin Please post further questions here.
