I completed my undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and my undergraduate research was on computational fluid dynamics. I had to perform mathematical modelling on nanofluids where I focused on how nanofluids serve as great coolants for electrical components. My plan as of now is to apply for thesis based graduate studies in USA and i want to major in Electrical engineering and choose telecommunication as the specialization field. The fact my undergraduate research is not on telecom field then does that put me off by a huge margin in the selection criteria?
