I applied for M.S in Materials Engineering in UH and my scores : GPA : 3,17 TOEFL : 96 GRE: 710Q 340V Good SOP and LORs I need your comments.... However, if all of your criteria already matched with UH's ones, I think you have a high probability of admission. In addition, may I ask you one question, why your scholarship puts a restriction to 'May 15', IF, for some reason, you could be admitted not in summer but in fall, then is it still available for you?
