Anita A
Hello everyone, Quick question regarding green card process. If an employer is willing to sponsor an employee for a green card, can they do it without the help of an attorney? For instance, can the company's HR department handle this on their own based on the steps mentioned on USCIS? Thanks, Anita Alidina
Anita A
Tino, any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Tino
Yes. It is not necessary to use an attorney. It is also possible to treat yourself for a knife wound without a doctor. I always recommend that you (the person seeking the visa) use an attorney. But it is not necessary at all. Tino
