Thanks a bunch vvaann I will try to improve.I tried to write it in 20-25 mins.When I read it I knew my some of my mistakes immidiately but I did not want to alter it and wanted to know that how much I am scoring for my first essay. If you have any more suggestions, they are welcome. Thanks a lot for rating it .

There are people who would like to work for a big company because of many reasons like good salary and the name of the company but I would personally like to work for a small company.There are many reasons for that as in a small company the interaction among the people is more,I would be more visible and it will be like a small family Working in a small company has many advantages.First of them is people interact one on one in a small company .They know each other by names .It is always a special feeling to know that I am being known by my first name rather than my designation. If I will do good work I will be easily visible in my companyand profession .The chances of getting a promotion or a raise are always better by consistent good and hard work. The small companies are like small families.People know eachother's problem on day to day basis and are always there to lend a helping hand.They are together in laughter and sorrows .The conpiracies are less in small companies because everyone know each other inside out and so the peolpe who are unfit for the company have not a very long life. On the front of exposure also small company has advantage that I will be given different kinds of jobs rather than just my specialized work area and this will give me good oppurtunity to work and learn something other than my specialization which will help me in future tremendously. I strongly feel thatI would like to work with a small company more because of the identity and respect which I can command easily by my hard work .I am also sure that it will be a better oppurtunity for me to learn and being visile in my profession.
