I am applying to purdue /texas austin to the aerospce dept etc and have good chances of getting through . I really like the subjects in aerospace , wil do well if I get through .:tup: I have heard that there are not many jobs available in US after MS in aerospace . Due to government restrictions??especially for Indians . Is it true . :hmm: I have known a friend who had done aero ..and is now working . so kinda confused . please tell me about this :rolleyes:

I am plannning to take one from my Proj guide , one from a Prof and the other from my Boss ... I need to tell them that:rolleyes:

hey but I had known that of the 4 things recos , sops ,acads and GRE scores , you should be strong in atleast 3 .. I can manage the first three .. then I also have a years work ex in a mech company .. do I still see some chances ?? :hmm:

hey GUys ! I am looking at a PhD at some of the good universities like MIchigan Ann Arbor and Universities around it in rank , in mechanical Engineering ,particularly in the Design field .I am particularly trying for Fall 2005... ... I have had Good acads .. Have Got Distinctions in all the exams :grad: . My GRE Score is 690Q and 700v ...so a total of 1390... just messed up the quant :yuck: . I have had a rank in my university . I have done a project in NOise and vibrations . I have also done some local paper presentations on nanotechnology . I would be great if somebody could tell me my chances of getting through :( ! In case you know of some linls which would be useful for me ... In searching the Profs and departments ... please send it [clap]
