I got an admission from university of arkansas, fayetteville I know it is not a famous U I wanna know , how is the quality of education there is it worthwhile to going ? please guide me

I have been rejected like you for PHD in ECE at NEU I had many international publications and before applying , I emailed to a faculty in NEU and he enthusiastically encouraged me to apply but he rejected me with this excuse : my fund is only for U.S citizens !!! :whistle: :p
