Hi people, I am from India and have a visa appointment for Tuesday.....(for an F1 visa) This is a highly ridiculous question but I need to ask: I just saw on the website that the picture size specifications given in the form are 2" x2" My picture size(that I have with me) is 1- 1/2" X 2"....does the size of the pic matter???are they stringnt about that???? Its just that I have very little time, so I cannot go and get another pic made... I realise his is a wierd/sily query...but am rather worried about that..... Thanks Siya

Hi! I have gained an admit for MS in USC, California and Ann Arbor, Michigan. I have decided to pursue an MBA as well....(yeah!!!crazy plan perhaps!!!) But can you help me out with these queries.. 1)Does anyone have a suggestion as to whether I could pursue a part time MBA at these Universities OR I should forego/complete my MS and then go in for a full time MBA course?Please do suggest if the part time MBAs are as good as the regular ones......specifically in terms of course content, fee structure, ease of admission and starting salary. 2)Given that both MS courses at USC and Michigan are equally good, which would have a better MBA program...? Also, I have a GMAT of 660. next to nil work experience.... Please do help out... Thanks a lot! Siya.

Hi all! Please do help me out of my dilemma. Well……I contemplated for quite some time whether to put up my GMAT scores on this wonderful forum…..as I ended up doing miserably!!! Like a lot of people, I have been more or less a passive observer on this site. My G-day was more than 10 days back and I managed a 660. This was miserable news for me as I’d expected much more…. the PP was showing a 720 two days before G day…..so I thought I’d be easily able to cross the 700 barrier. It was the overconfidence that did it, I suppose……..in any case it wasn’t a case of nervous breakdown or anything…….. wonder where I went wrong? If anyone has any suggestions on any of these issue, please do let me know… a) I am seriously thinking of retaking the test……sometime next year. However, I don’t know if that’ll be useful: I don’t know if I’ll be able to increase scores at all(after all I was pretty confident this time); moreover I’d like to apply for Fall 2006; so till when can I take the test, so I can still apply? Please Help me decide! b) Very honestly, I am not even sure where all to apply…..so if anyone can suggest a couple of universities with my kind of a score….?I am interested in applying to a US university….I have acads 66% and two years of work exp in architecture and historic site management. c) Also, would prefer concentration to be Finance??? any suggestions here? Thanks a lot….. Any suggestions/opinions would be most welcome.

Can someone please help me out on this: Do you need to know univ codes(in addition to 4 univs)...are they asked immidiately after the GMAT's over? My gmat's on monday......so please let me know asap Thanks Siya

Hi there! I expect a 710-730 in the GMAt that I'm due to take on the 28th(nov).Kindly guide me which universities I should apply for. I have 68%acads and a 2 year work experience. i am intersted in graudating from a US uiversity...any part.(preferably a lively city) concentration on finance and max financial aid! Thanks.

(according to the PP) Taking this exam was a late decision and so have no idea about which schools/universities to apply for.....and I must apply for fall 2006! Please Pleeeeeeeease do help me decide. Can someone please suggest at least four universities as these are asked of the applicant after the exam? I have ok acads: 68% and 2 years of work experience....though as an architect(and not in a managerials position) Thanks a ton! Siya.
