  11. Since I know the "tough problem" in best hands beeing figured out by manish and bungholio I can go to bed now ;-)
  12. When I set up the equation I will get: The Area of the rectangle s*ks and the area of the triangle (1/2)ks*(sk^2-s) s*sk+(1/2)ks*(sk^2-s)=4s^2 Multiplying out, dividing by s^2 and multiplying by 2 leaves k+k^3=8 Am I wrong?
  13. I got k+k^3=6 but the I got stuck.
  14. Lets assume we have 10 male and 6 femal illiterate Persons. So the Total would be 16. 60% of the male would be 6. Add the 6 females and you get 12/16=3/4 Ans D Correct?
