I know that tse is still available in other countries but i would like to know to know if tse will be available soon again in the philippines. A response will be highly appreciated. thanks

hi! I from philippines.. I already passed the Toefl cbt. Since, I have a hard time passing the toefl-ibt speaking part.In line with this, I want to take the tse exam again. when does ets administer the tse exam? Does anyone know about this? pls reply
