I have been admitted to 1) Columbia, Ms in Engr Mgmt Systems ranked #11(IE area), #7(business), NYC small size(24-40 students) class based more on course work than group-oriented work 2) Cornell, Meng in Opeations Research & Industrial Engr ranked #8(IE area), #16(business), Ithaca based on group-oriented project work 100 students, taugh schedule *US News 2007 Please help me choose between these 2!! what's the pros & cons of each school?? I also have been admitted to Cornell Univ and have to decide between 1)Columbia (Engr Mgmt Sysmtems) 2)Cornell (IE&OR) 3)Gatech (not yet admitted but will receive acceptance soon) please give me some advice!! >thekikibou they said that they expected to have about 40 students in EMS. I have the following options 1) Columbia University, Engineering Mgmt Systems - Big Name, but ranked #20 in the IE&OR field. 2) Georgia Tech, Industrial & Systems Engineering - ranked #1 (higher than Stanford, UCB & MIT? is this ranking true?) 3) Penn State University, Industrial Engineering & OR - ranked #3 Which of the above three options would you recommend?
