i guess best way to speak is to speak slowly and clearly not worry about content whether you interpret graphs correctly or not.for telephone conversations ,try to use formal courteous words like thanks,have a nice day.accent is not imp as long as you ar comprehensible. good luck!

best way to know how slow u wanna speak is to record ur own voice and listen whether its comprhensible.note taking is allowed for new format qs but u wont get much time to take notes.use regular courteous words especially in qs with informal replies. GOOD LUCK!

hi well u can try by surfing various programs of canadian universities at www.aucc.ca(association of univ. and colleges of canada).GRE scores are not that imp. in canada but definitely handy.i cant suggest a specific univ as i got no idea about ur field of study as i am in medicine.

hi ur score is quite good.if u get 6.0 in essay then 277 is quite a decent score.most of universities have 220-250(550-600 )as minimum scores.any scores above it ar always handy to apply to top universities

u can skip the tutorials if u want as i did .i dont remember exact time was probably 2 and half hours

diff. level of barrons and cbt is same but anxiety in the exam makes CBT a little difficult

hi i used only barrons toefl book and used to get a score of 270 but on actual test mine was 280.barrons diff. level is similar to toefl but ets tests on their site ar a little easier.u shouldnt be anxious about these scores ,yours ar pretty good.mind u the greatest challege in toefl is to control ANXIETY.so relax and give ur best shot. hi friends i recieved my result today and was thrilled to learn that i got 60/60. i did my tse quite well but never expected to get a perfect score. any how it was a pleasant surprise. to all those guys who ar anxious about tse, i am not a NATIVE speaker of english and few months back my english was pretty ordinary so i guess key is to know the exact format and adhere to TIME limit. practise by speaking and recording your voice for 15-20 min each day and try to speak in american accent,that not only makes it easier for examinees to understand u but they also take an impression that ur native speaker which may help u. hi friends gave my toefl today.intially on listening section was not feeling good but after few questions gained back my conc.after that it was a smooth affair. my marks were listening- 27 structure-13-29 reading-28 total-227-280 was this a reasonable performance?any comments

hi friends, i gave my TSE today and it was exactly like mentioned in website. its an easy exam provided you know what is the format and mange your time well. some of questions i faced were what favourite meal would you like to have which is better -public transport or cars picture story about woman buying gifts for her friend and qs like should we open gifts in front of our friends. schedule change exactly like tse website sample bar graph showing inc students in class and your opinion about hiring new teachers. last three qs were exactly like website ones. so key is MANAGE TIME .
