  4. hi monalisa i think u have enough material and if u read them properly and deeply then u don't need to have any prontopass cards. u can read about drugs more deeply from books than cards and for naplex u should read all drugs and compare it with other drugs of the group, u can find the differentiation which is important only from the books so my advise is that don't waste money to buy them...rest is upto u. sam
  5. hi... i am living in chicago but as u know we can't practise here so i'm applying from michigan.... in my naplex exam i have 30-40 examples and all were very easy. u have to use just simple logic and make sure about units, meq, nacl equi. , TPN calculations , drop/rate etc. u don't need to remember the hard equations. i did almost all examples right and i think the most part of my score is because of this. and just be care ful in the beginning 30 questions to rise your level.... i'm preparing for my law exam and i'm referring the book ,i received from michigan board and the federal book ...by reiss. if u have further question let me know at this_is_me_sam@yahoo.com good luck. sam
  6. hi..taki u don't need to fill the column u talking about. sam
  7. hi...guys thanks for your good wishes. well, i have done internship for 1000 hrs. it helps us to remember brand names and some drug's storage condition. but it's not like that u can't pass without internship. internship just help a little bit to make the exam easy. when i was doing internship at that time i reviewed kaplan material and mananshroff material and cds. but i don't think it help me a lot. during last three months i just review cpr ( not the whole book ..just last 30 chapters. ) , apha and lang's and appelton. i took online kaptest with 1000 questions but it's optional. if u want to just pass the exam these three books are enough but u have to read them deeply. in apha u can omit some chapter like first couple of chapters, asthma, and neurological chapters which are better described in cpr. in apha the cardiovascular chapters, thrmbolytic drugs, oncology, gastrointestinal disease, osteoarthritis, women disease, sle vaccines , pediatric , geriatric disease etc. are important to read. spare sometime behind examples because in my exam i have 30-40 examples and all are very easy so they help us to get a higher score. if anybody has further question feel free to contact me at this_is_me_sam@yahoo.com sam
  8. HI...GUYS. i want to tell " Thank You Very Much " to testmagic and all students of test magic who helped me a lot in my naplex. yesterday i got my result and i got 128.in my pre-naplex i got 122 so it's nearby that. again thanks everybody and if anyone has any problem let me know..i will be glad to help u guys. my e-mail is this_is_me_sam@yahoo.com actually i did preparation for 5 months but it's too much so if u read well then u just need 3 months to pass the naplex easily...don't worry it's not that hard as we think. good luck to every body.... sam
  9. hi.sbc. apha is American pharmaceutical association comprehensive pharmacy review book....the author is **** r. gourely.which is available on line. it contains all drugs with brand names, dose, route, use etc, in one place so easy to read. cpr is most imp too. but not the whole book...just last 30 chapters with cology are more important...the first few chapters just glance at once. sam
  10. if u have cpr, apha , lang's and appelton then u don't need any further material... i did registration for online kaptest ...it's about 100 $ for 1000 questions...it was helpful but i think i could pass the exam without it...so as per my suggestion u don't need to waste money behind 3 days class..
  11. hi... u guys r right ...to pass the naplex u should feel your exam hard ....it's not good that u feel llike wow! i did good in exam and i wrote all answers right...because it will loose your score ...to pass the exam u should have more hard and complicated questions at last...so be careful in the beginning to rise your level high...u can pass the exam easily eventhough u don't know the hard question's answer ...in my exam i have about 40 examples and i think i did all right so be very very careful regarding examples...they all are very easy...just u need to remember all conversation like pound, quarts, gallon, pint, calories, miliequivalents etc...more about dose/kg....drops/min...infusion rate....protein calories...non-protein cal...which include both the dextrose and fat...etc... for further queries u can contact me on this_is_me_sam@yahoo.com sam
  12. hey bhanu... u have enough material but one more thing u need to have is Apha's review of pharmacy...it is very very useful to pass the naplex and it's language is more simple than cpr....in cpr just more concentrate on cology part and study those chapter deeply....the first 20 chapters just read once...i have pass my naplex but still i didn't get my score but in my exam there were only 4 to 5 questions from otc and i never heard about those so don't waste time on otc... if u have further question u can contact me on this_is_me_sam@yahoo.com sam
