  2. Posted these questions earlier in a doc but no one replied so i've pasted them here... 1.Sequence s1,s2,s3,..sn, is such that s=1/n-1/n+1 . Is the sum of first k terms greater than 9/10? 1). k>10 2). K 2.Is x-y>0? (Or x+y>0?) 1). x-y/x>0 2). x+y/x-y>0 3.The average of some numbers is 43, what is the standard deviation? 1). The least number is 43 2). The greatest number is 43 4.The sides of a triangle is a, b, and c. Are the three angles all less than 90 measure degrees? 1). The areas of the semi-circles with the radius a, b, c are 4, 5, 6, respectively. 2). c 7.X, y and z are three digits numbers, and x=y+z. Is the hundreds’ digit of x equal to the sum of hundreds’ digits of y and z? 1). the tens’ digit of x equal to the sum of tens’ digits of y and z 2). the units’ digit of x equal to the sum of units’ digits of y and z 8.Is |x-2|+|x+2| 1). x 2). x is within (-2, 2)

  5. hi...calling for all the maths genius out there...i need ur help to confirm answer to these questions..i dont have an OA for this list of questions but i'll post my answers soon...till then get cracking on them...pls post the solution...thanks in advance ....why has no one replied...GMAT-HELP , manish and all the maths bonds pls help me out as you always do....i have my exam real soon

    Have 6 words, A,B,C,D,E,F .. Rules: A is not in position 1 B is not in position 2 C is not in position 4 All words have 6 letters Letters do not repeat with in a word. How many possibilities?

  14. thanks badar...for the idiom help...didnt know abt "look to" i 've also learnt from this question that "used X as Y" is not always followed
  15. i thought that the question was asking F2-F1/F1 so the stmt 1 is sufficient.
