  1. http://forums.businessweek.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?tsn=132&nav=messages&webtag=bw-bschools&tid=71981 PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS THREAD PRIOR TO USING THIS COMPANY...
  2. David, I understand your not perfect and that you are human, its okay to make mistakes. But when you do make a mistake, the correct thing to do is acknowledge the mistake and then correct it. You ignore my e-mails and continue to post waxing responses with no substance. You did not respond to my point about how you calculate your success rates?? It's a little upsetting to see you advertise this fact, and then not actually collect the data. It's relatively easy to have a 95% success rate when pick and choose who you survey. What facts did I not portay correctly? The point your missing is that I am not the only person who felt like they were cheated by using your service. There are many people who felt your service was severly sub-par. That is why I posted the link, to let people understand more then just my perspective and judge for themselves. The only point I am trying to get across is that there are many consultancies out there (check the businessweek forums) and that with so many options why choose the company with complaints on the BBB. Yes David, you only have 1 complaint (now 2), but most consultanices don't have ANY! There are approximately half a dozen companies with a far superior record and NO complaints. If someone is going to use a consultant, choose a company with stellar reputation!!
  3. Why do you think many of those people are not clients of yours?? i have spoken to many of them via e-mail and discussed their experiences at length. Also, when i have contacted you, you gave no options or recourse and have at times simply ignored my e-mails!! Finally, you tout on your website about your admissions success rates, however, as a former customer I have never once been asked about the results after working with Doug Braithwaite. In addition, i know of at least 3 other people, 2 from this year and 1 from last who were never asked either. NO OTHER MBA ADMISSIONS CONSULTANCY ON THE WEB HAS EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS THAT YOUR COMPANY DOES. With the number of options that available, I highly recommends people to do their due diligence prior to signing up with this service!! The BWeek forums have numerous threads where people have posted their feedback on various consulting services. There you can get a tremendous amount of information on various consultancies. In addition, admissions411.com has a section with ratings on various consultants AdmissionsConsultants.com has one of the WORST ratings out of all the consultants listed. I DO NOT WANT SOMEONE TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I, AND MANY OTHERS HAVE!!
  4. Hi everyone, I encourage everyone to take a look at the following thread on the businessweek forums. A number of people have felt cheated by this company's service and I think it may in be in everyone's best interest to review some of the stories posted on this thread prior to signing up. Also, there are number of other consultants on the businessweek forum who can provide much more accurate advice. http://forums.businessweek.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?tsn=1&nav=messages&webtag=bw-bschools&tid=71981 Best of luck to all
  5. ahhh i see...my bad...great! Thanks!!
  6. from 1.) i get new value must be between 400 and 499, therefore: 400-150 = 250 499-150 = 349 so value must be between 250 and 349, only value between those with a 5 in the 10's place is between 250->259? am im missing somethign??
  7. so does that mean the original number was 250?
  8. What is the hundreds’ digit of a 3-digit number? 1). Plus 150, the hundreds’ digit of the new number is 4 2). Plus 150, the tens’ digit of the new number is 5
  9. rits: great explanation.. thanks!!
  10. i do not see how you got: 2 sqrt ( 15^2 - 4^2 * 14) i get 2*[sqrt(15+4sqrt(14)*sqrt(15-4sqrt(14)]
  11. (sqrt(15+4*sqrt(14))+sqrt(15-4*sqrt(14)))^2,
  12. Great explanations Rits and shud ! Thanks!!
  13. well the 'it' pronoun is not present in choice C or E? so it doens't explain the question of why C is better then E.
