Hi Pharmacy friends, I was offered a position in Rite Aid and they are willing to process my H1 B visa too but since its remote location I am having second thoughts. Does anyone know general terms and conditions about H1 B visa with this pharmacy companies? perticularly the contract breach section. Hi aspireph, As far as I know, rules for reporting hours are different for state to state..which state are you talking about? its better you call them and check with them directly if they will count your hours worked as volunteer. Regards, NJ

HI Mirozoza, I got my TOEFL - ibt result in last week of March so missed this year's H1 quota. But in a week I did everything I could to get some pharmacy chain to do my h1 that includes personally visiting pharmacy stores near by, talking to regional managers on phone, emailing them and applying at all the contacts for chain store mentioned in this forum. If no phone or email add then you can send out mails too. But now is not the time i guess I will again start my efforts for h1 next year atleast 2-3 months before h1 quota opens. still long way to go.....lets see...good luck to you too regards, NJ

Hi Realworld, I am near planning to meet Oregon board of pharmacy personnel personally to get ask how can I get Intern license without SSN. Say if I am not willing to work as paid intern but atleast they should issue me intern license to work as Volunteer to finish my hours for internship. Its a deadlock situation to get license: You need ssn for license and you need h1 for ssn. There has to be a way out...lets see -NJ

I got same problem too. I have cleared my FPGEC certi and they are asking for SSN number which I don't have. Any ideas?

Hi Real world, I have similar problem as you had before. Please guide me through what you did. I am currently in H4 visa and cleared my FPGEC certificate and living in Oregon. regards, NJ
