Topic:"We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people.In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker? Use reasons and specific examples to explain why these characteristics are important." It is important that co-workers work with harmony because of many reasons. The most essential ones in this reasons are worker's being happy while working and work's being productive. Then, what does get this harmony? Certainly, being adapted among co-workers are their characteristics which are namely optimism, tolerance and diligence. The first important characteristic is optimism. Workers who get bored because of hard-working need to see optimistic co-workers. Anybody does not want to see a pessimistic person. From my point of view cheerful mates help to escape your work-stress. Working with optimistic persons makes you happy on worktime. Secondly, I will mention the most important characteristic which a co-worker must have is tolerance. Becoming tolerant and working with tolerant mates provide us many advantages. For instance, when you cannot arrive on time to the office, your office mates may get angry and complain you to the boss because of this. Hovewer, if you had indulgent co-workers, they could show patience and tolerance to this situation due to doing any problem. The last essential characteristic co-workers have is diligence. Sometimes, employers or headmasters cannot control employee's work sufficiently or not. In this condition, you want get same salary with who work as much as you. Consequently, employers who work insufficient and get higher salary than you cause trouble in an office. In addition, this unfair gain trigger the other worker's being unwilling to work. To sum up, co-workers should be optimistic, tolerant and diligent due to being an ideal work place. If we have like this co-workers, from our point of view work can be less tiring and more enjoying.

External appearances are important to constitute the first impression on people. But in the long-time relationships as marriage mentional attributes are more considerable than phisical attributes. Moreover , when we got old, our physical appearece alter whereas our mentional characteristic does not change. Nowadays ,hovewer the most of people judge the persons by external appearances although they know to do like this. They know that their close friends do not make them happy by external appearances. Human is an social animal which communicate with anothers and share his feelings with the others. If we did not behave like this and we did not have these attributes, we could not become different the other animals. For instance, while animals chose their partner , they look only their external appearance(smell, voice, view etc.)Due to the fact that there are no important attributes except from these.Hovewer there are various things which are more necessary than external appearances to set up a reletionship and to maintain our social life with another people such as mentional attributes, knowlege, characteristics and virtue. In conclusion,no one should judge a person by external appearances because of the fact that they may never know that person's becoming good or villain.Everyone should consider carefully and should not announce their personal idea about a person who is not completely known by him before learn his feelings, ideas and ideals.
