E.the speaker always schedules a certain meeting to occur on Wednesday. I choose the answer correctly by feeling ( the answer is C).How is it explained logiclly?Thanks a lot.

I have just learn GMAT so I really don't know how to answer the questions. Although I know where to locate information and the way to deal with each kind of question but the answers are often wrong:( Do I need to understand what the author write?
