"Are they, the boy and the girl, a couple?"
Let's say, "They are a couple." I think that they is not singular and therefore the noun following the verb should not be singular.
Furthermore, what would you say to this sentence?
"Are they, the boy and the girl, a couple?"
I consider this wrong. How would you say instead? Thanks for your help!
First, I was surprised that there was such a usage "In most people." Anyhow, this is not talking about specific people, and this is why I wouldn't choose D. Ask somebody else. Take care.
I have seen this sentence in an email. (Here "attached" refers to an attachment in the email.)
"Attached you can find our latest update."
However, after reading TestMagic's Inversion I think the correct one is
"Attached can you find our latest update."
Am I right?
