My plan is to go back to my country and become a financial adviser to the department of finance in 5 years. I plan to have career experience in Finance in the U.S. while attending a PhD in Finance then I'll be ready for my goal in 5 years.

how about any PT program that's worth attending?

Do you know any good program in part-time Ph.D. Finance? I've an MBA degree and am working in Asset Management.

I've just received the result from Stern Part-time program yesterday as waitlisted. The school asked me to send more updated information. I read from the forum that I should get alumni or current students to write recommendation letters. Anyone know how can I find alumni or current students to talk to?
