    naplex results

I took it on 9.13.06. I'm still waiting for the results. How I pass this time. I took it very early back in june. The one in june seems very easy to me. I went out of there thinking that I passed with flying colors. In contrast, the sept one I thought the exam was hard as heck. they were asking me disease state symptoms such as hypothyrodism, diagnosis of lyme disease and treatment, and sepsis. TPN was very difficult it was included in the charts this one. the june test, tpn was simle math. Overall the sept was definitely a 8 pt scale (1 - 10 scale). some things i remember: lupron dosing and pt consultation hypothyrodism symptoms IV PPI (protonix and nexium - given generic names) DM (metformin, insulin metformin MOA, withhold before surgery insulin (increase AM NPH if evening BG is high) maxdose of prandin Oncology MTX, leupronide, neulasta (ask generic name and most common se- bone pain) Calcuation mEg, mmole, mOsmo, E-value isotonicity Statistical p-value, determine if testing was appropriate (people were asked if satisto, or unsat --> i put not appropirate to determine drug superiority) That is it for now. if I remember more I post it later. by the way does anybody know how long to wait to check on line
