  1. :) Yeah..you guys are right...need to contribute...but frankly speaking dont have much to share presently. Anyways, gotta thank one of the members (forgetful as I am, cant recall the name) for suggesting 800score.com tests in one of his/her texts. I bought 5-tests pack from 800score.com just a week before my GMAT and finished all 5 practice tests. These tests helped me big time by grounding me in Quant, which i thought till then to be a cakewalk (thanks to Kaplan and Princeton). I immediately took some corrective measures and concentrated on tightening my grip on basics. Apart from this, the tests, being CAT, helped me improve my pace considerably. 800score 1 (700) 800score 2 (610) 800score 3 (650) 800score 4 (650) My verbal scores have always been quite enterprising (unlike my quant scores), for they simply refused to confine themselves to a familiar range. Everytime I started verbal section, a pang of uncertainity loomed. The scores have visited every single number between 33 and 44 during my innumerable encounters with Verbal section. And that too, in a zigzag manner! I think the crucial factor in this failure was abscence of OG. And i am going to get it first thing tomorrow. I have a lot to learn from this forum. its just that i came to know about this forum a week too late... Anyways, do ask me should you need any more information. I ll be more than glad. All d very best!!

  3. :( finally done with GMAT...fared miserably by scoring 660 only! pretty disappointed. not planning to apply this year, might take GMAT again in next April. dont really have much for the aspiring test-takers, but yes, can help a lot with things-not-to-do.
