Eternal Runner

Hi all, I am a fresh graduate in computer science and engineering from Bangladesh. Now I want to pursue higher education in USA. My GPA is 3.55 and TOEFL score is 277. I am preparing to appear at the GRE test. If I manage to score 1400 in GRE, then with this credential, where should I apply in USA? Pls help me in choosing grad school of computer science in USA, which will carry high or mediocre probability for me to get admission and funding. Thank you all
