  1. Perhaps some part of Prof. Aghion's Research, I guess. They may apply applied game theory to economic growth :)

  3. Job Market Outcome 2000-2008 | E c o n o m i c s I cannot find that of Princeton. And I asked the secretary but there is no reply so far.
  4. That thing might be right because one of my recommenders constantly suggest that I should improve my English communication skills. Perhaps, he implicitly told me try to avoid that situation, which, I mean, Chinese students do work with the rest of their class.
  5. John List said before "We shoot for 25-27 matriculants each year, and the other top 5s are in that range too. Say, on average that each school gets 30. That is 150 spots in top 5 places.". So, 60 is not a big number if we do not forget that some applicants would go to Business Schools, like Stanford GSB and HBS.
  6. You are better than me in almost every respect. And do not give up your academic dream if you really have one ! I was frustrated by almost everything and everyone around me in the past 7 years but I did not give up. BTW, I guess I will keep being frustrated in future (in another way) :) Don't give up if you really want to have one academic career !

  10. You will find it usefull from lots of places if you do theory, for instance, Milgrom and Segal (2002) on Envelope Theorem and the often cited textbook "optimization by vector space method"
