  1. Dr. OK USA, Canada, Austrailia, BK or your country... It depends on what you are pursuing. You don't need H1 visa only for an interview. But, if you have any chance for an interview, ask them if you can have a phone-interview before heading to the state. I'm not sure about the pharmacy but some other companies give an interview on the phone.
  2. The letter from NABP Thanks for your inquiry. The FPGEC Committee would like to know if your are seriously still seeking to become a pharmacist. A letter from you to FPFEC making them aware to keep your file open would be appreciated. Keeping all lines of communication open is important. Any further questions call Customer Service and ask to speak with a representative. Cordially, NABP Customer Service Department 1600 Feehanville Drive Mount Prospect, IL 60056 Phone: 847.391.4406 Fax: 847.391.4501 E-mail: custserv@nabp.net
  3. I'm sorry to hear that news. But there's nothing to lose except 60 dollars. I hope you get additional 2 points from rescoring.
  4. Nice to see you!! Which city are you at? Seoul? Hope you will be a good lecturer for speaking section.
  5. I sent this message to MI I applied for intern license a couple of months ago but not have intern license yet because my Toefl score report were missed. My understanding is that I can still expect intern license without FPGEC because I have already applied before June 1st. (I have a letter of application confirmation.) How about pharmacist license? If I get the intern license after June 1st, can't I apply for pharmacist license without FPGEC after I complete intern hours and exams? And I got this answer Because you submitted your application prior to 06/01/07, you won't need the FPGEC for your intern nor your permanent/full pharmacist license. Thanks
  6. 2580 hours mean 500 hours before Naplex and 2080 hours after Naplex?
  7. This is the response from MI For Toefl IBT we accept an over all score of 80 regardless of what you scored in each area. You can reference our pharmacist and/or intern application by double clicking on : http://www.michigan.gov/mdch/0,1607,7-132-27417_27529_27548---,00.html Thanks -----Original Message----- To: bhphelp Subject: Pharmacist license I have question about foreign graduate pharmacist. I've applied for MI pharmacy intern license with EE and iBT score. My concern is that my iBT score will be expired when I apply for pharmacist license since iBT is valid only for 2 years. Then, do I have to take iBT again? Second question is about iBT score. For pharmacist license (NAPLEX), do I need overall 81 of iBT or do I need speaking 26 + writing 24… ?
  8. Dear knok FL said they are still accepting old Toefl and TSE
  9. I'v gotten eamil from FL board. There new standard for iBT is the same with NABP's requirement. (speaking 26 and...) Anyway, I know we can apply for MI intern without speaking 26. But, do we still need speaking 26 score for MI pharmacist license?
  10. I have some questions on applying for MI intern. 1. How can I ask NABP to send my EE score to MI board? 2. As a foreign graduate, do I need to have my college complete "COLLEGE OF PHARMACY AFFIDAVIT"?
  11. I think what you have to do is sending email to NABP constantly or calling them. I had a problem when I sent EE application to NABP. Even after I received "recipient card" they kept telling me that they didn't receive my application. Before they filed it, they might say that they haven't receive it. They could have received your score report. Even if they haven't, you can still ask ETS for additional report. But, don't forget to contact NABP frequently.

    ca level

    1. hypoalbuminemia is one of reasons of hypocalcemia when the serum albumin is low, it decreases the amount of protein bound calcium and lowers the total measured serum calcium. the calcium level must be corrected to reflect the low albumin. Correct Ca = observed Ca + 0.8(normal albumin - observed albumin) 2. renal diagnostic tests: urine sodium, urine potassium, urine sodium/potassium ratio, BUN, creatinine, Creatinine clearnace
  13. both peak and trough level should ramain in therapuetic range. for example, anticonvulsant concentration must not be under therapeutic range. of course it should not be over maximum conc. we can meet this by chaging dose or/and interval. that's what pharmacist do on TDM.
  14. TOEFLIBT is right. trough level is the lowest conc and it can be detected immediately before taking next dose. pt needs more dose or shorter interval when trough level is below therapeutic range.
